What's your view on liver support T?  The guy I work with has been diagnosed with a fucked up liver (which I mentioned like 6 weeks ago  ::)  he should get checked because his cholesterol was out of whack).  He fucked himself up with painkillers, ibuprofen probably.  Any recommendations?

i dont have much of an opinion on that...other than i think liver toxicity is highly overexaggerated..at least in relation to the amount of bad press oral steroids get in comparison to the press about alcoholic beverages..   i do know that milk thistle is pretty much useless tho..

No worries.

Toxicity is like smoking I figure.  Some guys can do it until they die of old age at 100, others can't.  Keep an eye on yourself anyway dude, blood tests etc.

candid look into the tackle box... was surprising to see he didn't mind including those prescription meds, at least he is doing some sort of damage control... wonder how many years he has been on all that shit.  I am sure he has other scripts as well to handle blood pressure etc.

i take one ounce of this liquid every morning,its called liquid multi vita - mineral with concenTrace,it has every vitamin and mineral in the world in it and they are all like 200% over the rda,cause guys like us need more since we train hard compared to people who dont,this stuff is cool cause i just mix it in my crystal light jug and drink it while im training,i dont have to sit there swallowing a million pills :P
