it was at xmas. carried a 700lb yoke for total of 1km. did it for charity.

it felt bigger than it looks believe me.
his grip is very strong lol and his hands are very thick. he is far bigger now he slimmed down sue to injury then.
I was around 220 then i think and i felt like 120

Actually he cant even squat twice his own bodyweight, so lb for lb hes not that great

What was his argument against PLing? Out of interest. I'll be doing both PLing and strongman in the future (you know anyways Goudy).

yes 250ish bench...370 squat v low...made fools out of andy bolton and donnie thompson going that low....and bombed on deadlift...opened something stupid like 380kg

correction260 bench, 360squat and missed 396 deadlift
for the yanks to get lbs x 2.2

i couldnt believe how deep the squat was and then seeing him lift that 200lb dumbell!! :o
