He said eating two big meals a day is better for maintaining and increasing bodyweight than eating several smaller meals a day. Because everytime you eat you increase your metabolic rate he said.

So I thought it made sense and adopted this policy for a week.

I lost 8 pounds

Just putting this out there for the people who want to try this

Did you take any other measurements, like waist size, skinfold thicknesses, etc? Also, were your training poundages influenced at all? Did they go up, down, or stay the same? It could be that this 8 pounds was just "food in the gut" so to speak.

didnt take measurements just weight but strength was not affected no

but i always was told that strength doesn't go up or down immediatly after bodyweight does, it is delayed somehow

That's not good...

So my guess if that you carb depleted your muscles a bit with this approach and thus flattened out

Wait a minute purenaturalstrength, if you "gained fat and lost muscle at the same time" while losing 8 pounds overall, this means that you lost at least 10 pounds of muscle in one week lol
