I Just watched the 2005 wich in my opinion has a better line up always been a fan of Gunter and Lee theyre both on that edition,

However,I Got to say that Lee was doing leg with shorts long enough to cover down his knee (whats the point to film that workout?) then at the end he says "if you wanna see me posing you'll have to see me on the O stage, what an ass!! you buy a bodybuilding video for that kind of attitude (crap).

I have all of the BFTO's and I think this was the worst one of all.  I am sorry Mit's but Milo's has ruined the tapes.  I like big weights and hardcore training not this fifty sets in a row stuff with no weight on the bar.......BORING....  Bring back the days of Dennis James hitting 405 for reps and kevin Levrone hittin 315 for 15 not Milo's doing giant super sets runnin his mouth...  Ya its different which is cool for some but not me, sorry..

BFTO 2007 was okay. I liked the earlier years better. I think Mits tried something new and used a wide-angle lens on much of it. It gave everything a curved look. The endless Milos sets with Wolf, Hide and Jackson section was very long. I kept advancing and ffwding the DVD and went through many parts very quickly.

I didn't realize there was a BFTO 2007. I thought Cutler just sat home and got his Sandow via UPS.

I'm pretty sure that this clip of Victor Martinez is from BFTO 07.  Its not very intense, but then again his segments usually aren't.  That's not a knock on Vic btw.

Ronnie sucks in this one. He is just going through the motions while training. The rest is typical Battle for the O.

so far ive seen mark dugdales segmet not impressed ..
for a guy who sys he has pushed 495 on inclince barbell presses he struggled with
3 plates on the smith incline and 3 and a half plates too...
..also struggled with 130 dumbells on flat presses...
i liked his form though.. his part was cool..
i watched the whole milos giant set thing first to get it out the way.. ultra light weights..... very long
...
also david henry said he's training light.... and went for reps..
its like everyone nowadays dont want to lift heavy ass weights...
i havent seen ronnies section yet but i know he started training light after 2006....

For some reason, I don't have any bfto dvds....I will have to start my library.

I don't want the crappy ones.  Which years would be the best ones to have?
Ebay is my friend.
Thanks Rob.

I think 1999 when Flex took second and Cormier got third.
Its the best BTFO.
Especialy Flex condition is out of this world.

ultra-giant sets with light weights work for those jacked full of insulin and nutrients
for naturals its garbage -stick to heavy weights

It took me 20 hours to completely review the Battle for the Olympia 2006 DVD:

Pretty much any BFTO is worth the price.  You get a lot of content for a relatively low amount compared to other bodybuilding DVDs.  Mits always does great work.
