just did a Jackson-Pollack 3 siter ie. pec, ab, thigh and it put me @ 3.8% :o :o :o
i'm not sub-4, but i am sub-6, and this will be clearly evident when the pics are posted up on weds 8)

i've been playing around with the cals the past few days, and 2600-2700 seems to be just a bit too much, so i'll try and keep the daily cals @ around 2200-2400
