There is no way that kid has over 13 percent body fat. His arms are not smooth. The kid just started working out and has no muscle. he took this picture with a cell phone in a bathroom mirror. You expect every cut and rip to show. He is 13 percent max.

I've never actually looked at it before.  Pretty sure it's always been like that, and no, I've never had skin removed.  Does look a little misplaced now that you mention it though.

23 years old, 5' 8", and about 172 pounds at around 13% bodyfat.  Lots and lots of room for improvement, I know.  I'm finally focusing as much on nutrition and getting enough calories as I am on weight training, so hopefully I'll be making some positive changes in the coming months.
