The racetams are very subtle and take a while to begin having an effect.  Modafinil works well for increasing vigilance without overstimulation. Those two I recommend.  I am sure there are some more sponsors on PM that carry it too.  Maybe OUS does.  Seeing how they carry xanax and valium, I would think they would carry provigil as well.

Just cause something is called a nootropic doesn't make it any better/ less harmful than drugs. I was looking into phenibut and that shit has benzo like withdrawl symptoms. Modafinil was alright but if you really want drugs just get real drugs.
