Hungry Abs

When I do a hardcore abs session with heavy weights the next day my abs give me a hungry feeling, it fucks up my eating cause I cant tell if I am hungry or if its my abs giving me a hungry feeling.  :-\

get occasional, excruciating cramp in my abs mid crunch. boy does that fucker hurt like hell :P
