jay's left quads still oversizes his right one which was injured 2 years ago or so but he has made a great job to fix this up as much as possible!!..

he looks very block in his abs and thigh, front lat spread, and most muscular.  With that being said,his thighs were RIDICULOUS at the Olympia.

I'm not a fan of Jay's physique at all - except in 2001.

BUT!

In all honesty, the huge aryan bastard demolished the competition - he deserved the win - like it or not.

There is no "Jay vs. Dex" - this year it was "Jay vs. Jay".

Branch was on the money - the backthickness has always been a "problemarea".

Ive noticed that from the very first second Jay walked onstage at the prejudging he definately had the look of a champion and the fire on him.

I believe Jay does this pose all wrong for his body type...That shot diff-exposes his thick waist...I'm surprised he doesn't modify that pose so he keeps his Lats flared through out the pose and not bring his arms elbows so high...
