Bully is wrong, im not justifying it at all.
But, parents should teach kids how to handle bullies.

1/4 the population of kids would be considered verbally abusive towards others. And i'm guessing 1/2 the population of adults are verbally abusive to others. Adults get to hide behind free speech.
