Well, Flex knows how to cheat on his diet...
And he was trained by Glass and his gurus were Joe McNeal (McNeil) and Chad...he looked his best with Joe.
I know that he's been a fan of Essa, and I think Essa looks good, but as I said he has a "dried chicken" look to him.

I bet that its probably some things that Essa saw... or heard... or sensed about Farah. Personal stuff.
Farah has a history of being a chronic liar. Maybe Essa doesnt trust him as a person. Maybe Farah has some illegal things going on that transcend bodybuilding drugs. Maybe George was talking too openly about certain things, and it got back to Essa.
Essa might see Flex as a better/safer person to pay & be associated with.

Farah claimed that the scar on his stomach were from gun wounds that he sustained as a cop (in Rochester NY).
Then Farah got exposed as a liar. Rochester PD announced that he was never a cop.
Rumor has it that Farah was indeed shot, but the shooting was during a drug deal gone bad... Farah being the drug dealer.

BB easily becomes a very expensive endeavor when you add in the AAS, GH, peptides, SERMS, AI's, and food on a monthly basis.
Most BB's or those associated with the industry are drug dealers, except the top tier -- even that's doubtful.

This makes little sense? Essa is one of the more consistently conditioned on the circuit...genetics are what holds him back, he just needs advice on entering the right contests and he'll make the Olympia for the next 5 years and maybe win some lower tiered shows.

I've heard this for about 10-15yrs. farah was transporting jewelry in a briefcase for a business and was shot in the gut during the robbery, the breifcase was chained to his wrist and the robbers used bolt cutters to cut the chain... blha blah blah.

If you had to pick a guru.....who would it be? (Good thread topic) I would chose someone I trusted with my health who had my best interests at heart. If he's close to Flex or they click good, he should switch. So many cookie cutter 'gurus' out there, a client is a name and given a 4 year old diet and plan.

TOTAL FUCKING BULLSHIT!!! Oh man I wish I could say how I know this is not true, but that would be a huge violation of trust on my part so i won't. Farah's story about being a cop was about as believable as Kai Greene not loving the taste of 60 yr old rich white man semen. Notice how George's story keeps changing, that sandn, oh shit forgot I can't post racist comments, that middle easterners lies are bigger than Kai Greene's appetite for semen. I truly despise that guy. He is the definition of everything that is wrong with BBing. His advice is ALL DRUGS!!! He got shot because of his involvement in "supplement" sales. They should have shot him a few more times and made sure they got the job done. >:(
