I tried to watch that Facebook movie years ago and I lasted 5 minutes.  He was sooooo fucking annoying in that.  Talked super fast as if to portray how hyper-intelligent he was.  Fuck you.

I know.  The difference is that in "The Dark Knight Returns" Batman looked awesome.  This Batman looks like 10 pounds of shit in a 5 pound bag.

Against all odds they found a way to make Batman's mask look even more retarded than it did in Christopher Nolan's Bat-movies.  I actually prefer that stupid fucking dog mask to this one.

Affleck looks great as Batman, the suit is perfect. It's not a young Batman here, it's more in line with The Dark Knight Returns.
Mask is great, much better than the bulbous mask Bale used.

Still, he could have had a tighter waistline and struck a pose of cancer.

It's strange that Batman is old and fat and slow but also the precursor to the JL where he is younger and more fit.  Seems the timelines are crossed in a bad way.
I did see the DC special on TV and wasn't aware that Lex was rebranded in recent comics as younger with long red hair.  So Jewensberg is playing the role in the recent comics.  I guess us old school comic fans need to let go of our old heroes since today's heroes are metrosexual versions of their old alpha selves.
