This thread may have more bite if they even knew you existed.

Still having trouble defining "logistics" ?

Whats the problem with this?  Not enough neon?  No membership personnel?  Not your place?  Or is it just because its probably a CF gym?

Looks awesome.  I'm slowly building a mini replica in my basement.

We're having a third rack built. If you look at the back of the gym next to the second rack, it's going to replace that York Squat stand. Having another a third rack will make groups run a little more efficiently.

I saw that rack.  Looks great.

I have:

Power rack / cambered bar / olympic set + extra weights / Homemade "rouge" box for plyo (20"-24"-30") /  stackable boxes for box squats: (10" / 4" / 3 "),  Hex Bar / Dumbells 5-110lb / 1/2" and 1" jc bands / 20 lb medicine bar /  TRX trainer / bosu ball / swiss ball / treadmill

I want:

Prowler / heavy bag / bigger bands for squats / bulgarian bag (no homo)  (might make this from inner tube).

That should do it.

Once I get my shoulder surgery, I can actually use this shit again.

You may want to rephrase your original post as you are coming off as if you are ripping on that place.  If it is yours, kudos.

Say what you want but I love my local bigass gold's gym for weight lifting. I hate waiting for equipment.

I guess I could spend thousands on machines and get 1/4 of the results that I would get with equipment from "Goodwill".
