There's nothing we can do. It's at the discretion of the moderator which I for one think it should be pinned and stay pinned.

well i can see ur point, but the 200lbs+ category of the olympia in 1975 (and the overall) was judged perfectly. 99% of ppl will agree that arnold should have won.

serge, are there any contests in particular that u think the judging was very unfair?

gives us more specifics. lbs of muscle gained, starting weight, strength, newbie gains, or trained for years? etc..

I am sure that you know that. They looking for body builders whom follow the politicians, if they don't do that next time they won' be a judge any more and as they care so much to be a judge even if they have to go against their real conviction.

It's difficult for me to talk about contest I was in, because when I pose i don't see myself and when the others competitors pose i cannot see them because I am back stage.
But about 1975 Mr.O, i explained already on this forum really what happened, so that means if they cannot get you with the judges they will find a way to get, don't worry about that.

it's a ruthless sport. i hope nothing like that is still happening. probably not, because the ifbb doesnt have anyone as important as arnold that they need to protect from threats like urself. it exposes some bbing shows as bias and politically driven.

serge, did any other competitors know about ur situation at the olympia in 1975? were they angry at the ifbb?

the essence of bbing is decided at the judges table. they are the people who dictate what physiques will represent the bbing culture. for years they have chosen the biggest physiques. arnold, dorian, ronnie, and now jay (which was won on politics). but mass is not always best. jay cutler winning because of politics and having the biggest back is a joke and a discredit to the sport. whoever is organising these rigged contests needs to go. victor martinez and dexter jackson are both as, if not more deserving of the title. i hope they both win it someday, after jay retires in 2008.

Of course!...Every bodybuilders and counties said if Serge Nubret is suspended, nobody is going to compete as at the same time we had the Mt.Universe too. So weider did not know what to do, it is why the day before the contest (12 days after his decision) he was obliged to let me enter. But I stopped training and dieting for 12 days, and I am sure that you know what that means.

First : shape
Second : proportion
third : Mass

But all those as to be 100% equal, If you have all 3 you should be the winner, and after depend of the judges and that start to be compliceted.

After 10 years of heavy weights, 8-10 reps and working my muscles once a week, I read about Mr Nubret's methods in a book called POSEDOWN. Lightened my weights, upped my reps to 12-15 and worked muscles twice a week. As a result I am now 2 stones of muscle heavier 15 years later. I don't follow his workout plan exactly as I love to run 3 times a week, but everything is based around his foundation.
