serge, can u please tell us about ur role as vice-president of ifbb europe in 1970-1975? what jobs did that entail?

Even if that is genetic, you can reverse it, by training in some way instead of some other way, and not for example train even more your this part, because it's your best part.

I was the 1st vice president of IFBB. That mean I will be the president if something happen to Weider, but that was only in the constitution.
It will be to long to go on on this road.

Serge , one thing I cannot comprehend. Please be specific if u can.....1 hour of abdominals continuously ?...or lots of sets with short breaks ?.....I cannot fathom doing 2000 situps without stopping, but I can try.

Only one set of 2000 reps nonstop, but start by maybe 100 and add 5 reps more every day.

America is not organize at all. It's organized only for the american athletes.

For example : In europe each country has his national championship which is DRUG controled, then the winners can compete in the european championship wich is DRUG controled too. And it's the same for each continental championship. And then you have the World championship, from which the winners are sellected to become a pro athlete, but did you hear about american athletes who became a pro by this way?...NO of course, because in America, you have 3 differents contests that you become PRO MR.AMERICA - THE NATIONAL - THE USA. NONE of those contest is DRUG tested. So how you want athletes of the rest of the world can compete against american athlete...I let you guest why those descriminations, because with athletes of the rest of the world, they cannot said that they used their products.

Hi Serge
Thought Id update you now Im over 2 months into utilising your methods into my workouts (Using your split suggestions and training bodyparts twice a week) - Im now 204 pounds and still losing fat, albeit more slowly and Im more cut than Ive ever been - Abs, serratus and leg cuts all clear and now seeing striations in chest, delts and triceps. I can't believe how much size Im carrying now!
Old school definately rules and I'll never go back to heavy, brief and once a week bodypart training. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work with your thread here. See you atone of your UK seminars next year, please let us know on here when you have the dates.  All the best - Trev

Serge-what did you think of Dorian Yates' physique and do you think any of his wins were from Weiders influence-I am a fan of him too-just that his methods made him injured often-and ushered in an era of freakiness

Dorian is a nice guy, and a good bodybuilder, and i think without this race of getting more and more mass he will be even better and no injuries. But that's the price to pay.

Hi Serge. Im 5 foot 11, so 204 Pounds as lean as I am is pretty good. I'll be more than happy to get to 210/215, that'll be my limit.

Realistically, I reckon Im still 10/12 pounds over contest weight, SO Im still at least 20 pounds behind you now. If I can eventually get within 10 pounds of you, I'll be more than happy.
