Vous avez bien raison. Concernant Thierry PASTEL, Je le connais très bien, il s'est entraîné dans ma salle. Maintenant il a sa propre salle.

You're right. About Thierry PASTEL, I know him very well, he trained in my gym. Now he has his own gym.

Happy New Year. How are you looking on the road back to peak shape by the Spring?
Im still following your program and although I loosened the diet a little over Christmas am still progressing faster than I believed possible at 38. Many thanks for keeping up the great work on here. All the best for 2008 (your 70th year!)

Yes Trev, i try to be in good shape by April., but I should go to Italy for the month of october for my 70 years anniversary.

I never work my all leg in one day. I do quad one day and another day leg biceps.

Hi Serge. I received my DVD yesterday, thank you very much. Fantastic stuff! Although Im an advanced trainer it was still very useful to watch how you perform your reps and to listen to your philosophies, not to mention how inspirational the posing is on there. I highly recommend it to everyone of any level.

Are you still coming to the Uk this year?

Ha ha - Well, if it's glycogen stores - its hard, vascular, it ripples and yes there's another 2-3 pounds of it since the last time ..  Im more than happy with progress and sincerely hope all is going well with your training.

I saw your article in the new REPS magazine and I think they are giving misleading advice about your training. Have you seen the article and how accurate do you think it is?
