Serge training in France this week - 70 years old, 20 inch arms and look at that chest!!!!!   :o

One of the first to use Parabolin and T3...

Update from Serge yesterday - He is training more than 3 hrs a day, 6 days a week and is going to post another video clip in 2 weeks to prove his progress ahead of the London seminar.

I am currently training using serges method although I hit every bodypart once a week ...

I find it much much more effective overall than anything I ever did before ... I strongly reccomend it ...

greater and propper muscle stimulation

preventing injuries ...

incredible pump

don't be afraid .. I honestly think it's the best thing I ever came across : small weights , high volume, small breaks, no injuries, muscle control
