Hi Max. Thank you very much for coming to the seminar. I think you'll agree it was a fantastic event. I will be doing a report on here shortly too. Please let me know what issue of the Magazine will be running the article. I am talking with Serge too about promoting Pierre ahead of his 1st competition. HUGE potential. Looked fantastic at the seminar didn't he?!  Tommy from the seminar will be posting youtube clips soon too of Serge plus Pierre posing at the seminar.

dude, he doesnt even know how to speak english at the moment, what makes you think he did at the time the picture was taken?

can you imagine these two guys, arnold and serge, barely speaking a word of english talking to each others ?

We had our Serge Nubret seminar in Romford Essex and what an event it was. Serge and I spent the week touring London Gyms. He was treated like a rock/film star wherever we went and people could not believe the shape he was in. Thats the shape he was in regardless, not just for a 70yr old. Wherever he went, he was the most muscular guy in the gym!
The seminar went very well and Serge passed on all that he knew about bodybuilding peppered with great humour and answered every question put to him. We had 2 National Magazines there ( Flex and Bodyfitness ) and Serge brought over his incredible new Prodigy Pierre Lebrun for a training demo and posing - See Below. Pierre trains with Serge and follows his routine EXACTLY ( after cycling 40mins to the gym!!! ) - He is 30 years old, 260 Pounds and has never competed !!!  His first competition will be in 2009.

Pierre is THE best advert for all that Serge advocates - The proof of the pudding as it were, so it was fantastic to have him at the seminar. A BIG thank you to all who attended and of course to Serge and Pierre. Here's hoping we can do again soon.

Hi Trev, not a problem mate I will let you know when it's out.
Pierre is certianly a big lump.  Will be interesting to see what he looks like in another 6 months.  I'll be curious to see if Serge uses a precontest diet with him or trains him in the way he was describing he trained himself during the seminar.  I don't know whats worse to endure.  An hour of boring cardio or 2,000 situps every morning ;D

Pierre already bikes to and from the gym - 40mins each way!!!!  He's up to 700 sit ups in the one set each day so far, so is following the same routine - Philosophy is not to diet, just train harder to burn more calories. His debut will be VERY interesting. Take care Max.

He just started to train with me only 5 weeks, he gains 19 pounds with less fat on him. He eat exactly the way I was eating when I started BBing years ago, the day of the seminar for exemple he ate 4 chickens +++ rice+++vegetable., but he train every day 4 hours a day and he come to the gym on his bic even (45mn) even he has a car. He first show will be in the bigining of April I think he can compete at 112 pounds he weigh now 218 pounds.
