I was sadly disappointed by his conditioning.  What is Ham ?  A lot of meat but also fat and water.

I will also accept the answer Big Humpty.

He needs to knock off the size crap and focus on dense striated muscle.

You have never competed - and evidently never been to a show. The pics you see from the show are always VERY washed out. The lighting is set for the judges not the pics from distance.. Trust me - in person its a different look.

Wrong and wrong.  There is not a single picture regardless of the lighting where he doesn't look more smooth than this gym pic.  Seriously ?  None of his supporters snapped anything up close or backstage to show how truly ripped he was?  Bullshit he smoothed out a bit.  And even in the gym pic he is far far far from ripped.  His competition will be continuing to eat his Hammy ass for lunch because he won't lean out.  Same old big bodybuilder morons story decade after decade.
