And to the retards talking about my house, its just me and my old man here. The extra toothbrushes are for my girl and his girl when they spend the night. And i will get some more mouthwash but can't do anything about the tats  :D

My old man is 68 but looks better than most getbiggers. And we don't swap but he always tells me to send my girl upstairs to his room when im done lol.

nah by forthnight i mean all 14days a chest meal.

but yeah the rest is accurate.maybe echange the banana and cereals with some,any protein source.

the biggest improvemnet will be waiting longer between cheat meals.my cheat meals usualy set me back 2-3 days.sometimes,if i really mess up i need 1 week to get rid of the bloof again.im happy i learned now to control the binges, it used to be nasty.
