Actually, not just squats, but overhead presses, as well as heavy leg presses. Does the weight compress one's spine and space between the joints, resulting in shortening of ones height? Legitimate question, seeking legitimate answers. Thanks.Dan
no but i'm convinced they made my feet grow, totally serious.
hahaha even if your really serious, thats pretty funny
put it to you like this, i started squatting seriously in 1995 when i was 23, before that i was between a size 10 1/2 and 11 depending on the shoe, now in 2008 my shoe size is 12 and in some shoes 12 1/2, how do you explain that?
I ask because I just got back from Pump Gym and had a brutal leg workout. I nearly fucking passed out in the changing room after the workout and damn near puked during it. Anyways, I felt damn compressed after the workout, as if I was somehow shorter. Can continuous workouts like this take a inch off your height?Funny about your feet growing Squadfather. That's a first!
haha dont know man, not trying to flame or anything
...you got fat. Hope this helps. The Luke
Can someone give me an answer without talking about fucking feet!
yeah getting fat always makes your feet grow in LENGTH.
I haven't gained an inch in height ever since I started training. 15 years old 6'4"
that seems odd...but 6'4" is pretty tall, obviously
Age. Gravity.
Could be cartilage growth but unlikely.HGH might do that- it can cause finger and toe growth/lengthening.
