1) No, not really. Besides, it's hard to write when you're that bloated.

2) Cuz it's got "letters" in it and those be hard. Maybe if you threw a towel over the paper he could "feel" his way.

He obviously did the diet but as far as work, all we've seen for the last 10 weeks was machine work...Very little free weights. Some say you can do everything you need on machines. While others say it's just a lazy way of working out. King Kamali did 1/4 reps because he was lazy and had to load the bar up so everyone in the gym would think he's stronger than he really was.
