I did yesterday but I was sure feeling it when I trained today after yesterday over eating but what the hell it was Christmas yesterday.Plus I can eat what ever I want on Christmas.

I managed to keep it under 2500 and did an hour of cardio.

I've managed to keep my calorie count around that or less throughout the holidays.

Quite easily. Apart from the main meal most the calories would have been from candy and beer... Got to love xmas
