A paparazzo attempting to shoot photos of Justin Bieber's Ferrari was hit by another car and killed this evening -- although Bieber was NOT behind the wheel of the Ferrari ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Bieber's white Ferrari was pulled over by California Highway Patrol for speeding on the 405 ... near the Getty Center in LA. The CHP directed the driver to pull off the freeway, onto Sepulveda Blvd.
According to our sources, Bieber was DEFINITELY not driving at the time.
We're told a paparazzo -- who was following the Ferrari at the time of the pull over -- attempted to snap pics while officers conducted the traffic stop.
The photog then crossed Sepulveda to snap pics and was told twice by the CHP to go back to his car on the other side of the road. When the photog tried crossing back, he was struck by an oncoming vehicle as he crossed back and was killed.

How come you charge so much for personal training ($85), even if it is conducted at home? IFBB Pro Wong Hong charges only a little more than you do ($100) per session. You should drop your rate to atract more customers.

Its the standard rate in this area and its for one registered workout.....if you buy a set of workouts, then the pricing goes down a little bit. Traveling in WNC is rough on a vehicle and a lot of people live out of the middle of nowhere in dirt roads and hills. Sometimes I had to take my F150 just to get to the location.
Not only that, personal training just not sustainable out here.....you'll starve to death ;D

Melvin, do yourself and everyone else a favor and boost those prices up as to keep the integrity of the industry intact. As it stands, most use you as the yardstick for both innovation and industry standards and by way of your prices alone, these so-called "gurus" would need to start offering their services for free, as they are nowhere near your level of expertise.
