I've decided to take some time off work to focus on MEI am going to ride my bicycle 8 hours a day. Eat right and lift 6 days a week. I am currently 254lbs @14%bf. Stand 6.3 1/2 Wish me luck Any Possitive advice would be great. Thanks

Riding a bicycle 8 hours a day is extreme muscle loss will occur, best to take it slower just drop calories slowly ride a bit to stimulate the metabolism.
I don't think I could eat less calories 1200/1500 a day right now Also Im not concerned with being huge. I just wanna be lean for from now on.
1200 can't be substained for too long you will crave and binge one day although one cheat day a week works good. 1500 is about the beat my opinion.

yeah nice words and all dont work, so harsher tone will bring back some to reality.for me,it was myself,though.i once stopped training for couyplke years and held good to the size, i didnt really get any smaller, but loads fatter.i have fortunate metabolism, but i basicaly only layed around and ate crap all day for years.i always deluded myself into thinking i got size and am somewhere close to 10% fat,haha,but knew it wasnt true,i thought it looks close enough to 10%.utter loss of sense for reality.then someone took a pic of me from my back, i knew the person was taking the pic, so i flexed my lats out a bit,thought itd look kinda impressive.Pics are an eye openerand brother, lol, when i seen the pic, reality hit me hard, my v taper was basically inverted,had epic fat on the waist,toothpick legs, looked nothing like i thought it would.this is where i said im going back to the gym, that was the precise moment.
