Cardio is 10 times more effective then anti-depressants. Do 20 minutes of that and you will have a new outlook on life.

Just do some cardio or run a couple of miles. Trying to lift heavy when of cycle is stupid as fuck...your balls are already strained as it is trying to maintain your steroid derived muscle mass...you think training hard as a natty is going to do anything?

Just push through it and accept the fact that you are better looking and stronger than 95% of the US male population. Hell, just working out will set you apart from most people. "Normal" nowadays can be interpreted in two ways - skinnyfat, or plain skinny. You are neither; you are strong, powerful, good looking and although you seem to lack confidence, telling yourself the things i'm telling you now will fix that. You don't need exogenous testosterone or HGH. Just mindpower. Stop comparing yourself to gymrats.

oh brother..listen there is a big difference between a natty like yourself not slamming enough wazy maize post workout and loosing a 1/8th of an inch on his 15 inch arms, vs a guy whos  had 30 pounds of muscle fall off of him...youve never had the size to  turned heads let alone had girls run up to you to take pictures with you ;)

not trying to flame you I was just joking but the arm part.... but I gotta say the thing is the more gear you get a taste of and the higher quality it is   the more you become dependent on it. The absolute WORST thing any guy without alot of money can do is get his  hands on a few kits of pharm grade growth hormone. Because you will never train without it in your system again....no matter how many steroids you take.

So who the fuck cares? You lost some size, big deal. Life goes on.

What these drug addicts addicted to roid doint understand is that they sacrifice long term gain and health for short term gain and fake muscles.  Under all that bloat water, puff, these idiots are gaining NOTHING over the long term.

At 37 - I have retained almost all my muscle, still am in great shape, and it does not take much to maintain wo the fluctuations.

I see these idiots in the gym fluctuate 30 lbs + every few months and when they are off - they did not retain shit from when they were all bloated.

What the F is point?

These dudes are all lazy and dont want to be in it for the long term and do what is required to build a real base that they can keep for the long term.

Most of these guys turn into mental basket cases so reliant on roids and seeing they gained nothing at all when off for a few months.

my arms are 15 in. tho :D

i don't think you understand brother... for the past 3-4 years i have felt like utter shit after 99% of my workouts.  achey joints, blood pressure, headaches, no pump, zero endorphins, aches and pains all over the place.  i'm not as lean as i used to be, and a little smaller too.  but i still run or hit the gym, 6 days a week.  i can't give up training, and i guarantee my situation is far worse than yours.  if you had to trade bodies with me for a workout, you'd probably kill yourself.

on one hand, i understand what you're saying.  you're right, i never had a physique that turned heads (in clothes, at least).  on the other hand, i had a physique that was damn good at one point, and i believed with enough hard work i could hang with the best of them.  "if i just train hard enough, eat right, learn all the training techniques, i'll look like [insert 'natural' bber here]" i thought.  well, i had to deal with the reality that i was just another also-ran white guy with okay shape and above average leanness, like every tenth kid in the gym.  i had to accept the fact that i was never going to look how i'd always imagined i could.  on top of that, for whatever reason (i still don't know), i started feeling like utter shit in the gym.  seems like i turned into a creaky old man almost overnight -- couldn't lift shit and my everything felt broken.

still, it's nothing to bitch about.  at the end of the day, i have a pretty good physique by real-world standards, and as for the rest... the mind changes over time.  you say you can't possibly lift without being the superhuman gh blown-up-from-within fiend in the weight room... lol, let's see how you feel in five years.  as you get older, you realize the people who need hormones to stand out in the gym can only stand out in a bad way.  the gym rats will look ridiculous to you, brutally insecure losers who can't deal with the fact they were born into a shit life.

i'm not saying anyone who does steroids is a loser, far from it.  but anyone who looks good with steroids, would also look good without them.  whether or not you are a bodybuilder... this is something you are born with; you can't get it from a needle.  look at guys like che, groink, go4it, falcon, or simplyhuge (does he even still post?).  these guys have good muscles and, steroids or not, would stand out.  these are the kind of guys that 240 lbs of bloof gym rats, hell MR. OLYMPIA competitors, look at and inwardly shit themselves with envy, because they KNOW how fast they'd be out of the limelight if these guys were on the same stuff.

it's funny how fast you'll learn, someday, to mentally strip mr. gigantic king gymrat of his muscles, leaving only the sniveling, delusional, 140 lbs soaking wet acne ridden untermensch behind.  at that point you'll think back to your opening post in this thread, and realize how ridiculous it sounds.

are you off cycle? maybe you are that 1 in 10 who gets depressed when they come off cycle! I have seen this before! I have seen my friend who also owns a supplement shop lose his whole business! he was on cycle all year peaked did his cutt cycle looked like Mike Mentzer at 53yrs old .this dude looked 35yrs old. he took his pictures and went into his PCT . He stopped training got depressed ,started drinking Vodka in the back of his shop everyday, also drank when he shut down the shop! He wrecked his car a few times!

He totally lost it! he did not touch a weight for weeks and the fucker has a hime gym! He kept on hitting the bottle and eventually he got real manic depression! I went up to the shop to check on him and he was not there! he ran the shop on his own 6 days a week/sunday he took off. Anyway he stopped coming in to oipening the shop. I finally went in again to check on him and saw his business partrner clearing the store out! they had found him all fucked up and suicidal in his closet! They took him to the hospital and he was transfered to the psych department. he lost everything!

This guy did have a horrible life and alot to grief about! He shot somebody and killed them years ago and he was lucky and claimed self defense but he still got 15 years but was released after 10 for good behaviour! that shooting really fucked him up and when he drank that is all he would think about! He felt alot of remorse. He got lucky he got them to believe it was self defense because it wasn't! he did it on contract for 40grand. anyway steroid withdrawal really made him flip!

I have seen some of the best physiques come from guys drinking EAS Phosphagen and sticking a hardcore diet! One guy in particular who has a great top amateur physique a fucking human anatomy chart just muscle on top of muscle uses just phosphagen and sticks his diet and workout everyday! he also tans and has money to afford the lifestyle and the time to live the BB lifestyle but he is steroid free! He hates juicers! His body looks hormonized to the fullest but this guy is a honest person!

either he is a great liar or he is for real! I believe he is for real as he works harder then anybody in the gym! and he keeps up on his cardio and strength training daily. He is fucking strong too! not freakishly strong but strong! If I were to wager money I would say he really is natural. He is the type to be to worried about side effects. he said he knew somebody who tried anadrol and he got pretty bad side effects! He is just the type to call juicers pussys.

I would use steroids and train with him but I never told him! he might of suspected but even with me on roids my physique was no better then his so I was almost embarrased to say I was on cycle! because this guy due to his dedication and hardcore diet and training everyday plus all the work he has done with trainers looks insane without steroids.

Maybe he got dealt a better hand genetically but I cannot imagine how he would look on juice and HGH that would be a recipe for a Pro Card. I will also note this guy has NO LIFE! training and his diet and keeping his appearence up is his LIFE! I have more of a life and family, this guy has nothing except his job and the GYM.

Honestly one of the best physiques I have ever seen in any of the gyms I have been a member at. This guy blows away many guys who use steroids just due to his determination and his pain is temporary pride is forever attitude.. I have seen some african American guys get fucking jacked as well some had been in jail some are just working non criminals but they cannot even name one steroid and they are strong as fuck and jacked!Steroids are not really that important unless you are really trying to go pro!A great natural physique can be achieved with extreme dedication and sticking a great diet!

flin doesnt your doc prescribe you HRT injects?

ive been off cycles for over 6 months now and i look better than ever. but then again, my doc prescribes me androgel so i never experienced a hormonal crash.  androgel only gives my maybe 5-10mg of test per day though, so its like less than normal production for a healthy dude. still, its something you should consider if your not on HRT of some kind.

10-15 years down the line he'll realize that focusing his entire life around the way he looks was a waste of time. Being in your mid thirties with a couple kids to feed and stuck in some dead end job has got to be more depressing.

Go to school or get yourself into a trade flint stop being a retard....

Which he has not done. Bigger muscles is more important to him, I guess.

Thanks asshole I forgot i just did that,

but all kidding aside find something to fixate on, nobodies content thinking about themself. There is this wierd point of selflessness where life becomes bearable.

I was feeling like shit all week and I found this today. Now if I can just find a way to pay for it and still be able to play it.

The difference is that flinstone cares more about his body than dropping out. You do not seem like this type.

if you do not like lifting weights do not do it! I love lifting weights and I waited till I was 25 till I started using AAS. I waited till I was totally maxed out naturally! You did not! you listened to GH15 to much. Go cry on his forum! I feel bad for you because I have seen people just like you get in this state of mind. But hell if you do not even enjoy lifting weights you are in the wrong sport! post a picture. I want to see how big you are for your age. everybody takes a break after being on hormones for along cycle! Everytime I came off cycle I did not feel like lifting for at least 7 days.

I always start lifting natural though when I am off cycle because I want to keep my gains. like Tbombz has said after awhile you feel great! I know it is hard and workouts become a bitch but I do it because I love lifting weights! you burnt out! sounds like you lost the fire! go find a new sport or man up and stop crying and go lift some weights!everybody who juices has to lift naturally for a bit! you did a crappy cycle is your problem! listened to some bad people!

This is why I do blitz cycles! I also stay off for as long as I am on. If you run all year or 9 months out of a year, you will have a little crash! you have to get over it drop the weights down in poundage if needed and just lift! nobody is watching you or cares! do some light workouts with light weights and just do more reps and slowly build up your strength naturally!

calling non juice users pussys is a fucked up statement. I know naturals who would embaress you! But they love what they do and lift everyday wether they are sick or their Mom just died they are in the gym! Their are some amazing athletes out there! Like I said I know African American bodybuilders who cannot even name a steroid who are strong as fuck and just ripped!

i agree with whitewidow, sounds like you need a long break from working out flinstones.   dont even step foot in the gym for a few weeks, maybe even a few months. however long it takes. your personal happiness is much more important than getting to the gym.  even for your health! (attitude/happiness/stress are major factors in physiological health)

i did it this past late spring/early summer. pretty much all of may and june i stayed out of the gym. had some issues going on in my life that made the gym far from a priority and even unenjoyable.  when i started working out again in july i came back with an entirely new sense of love for lifting. its still with me today. like back when i first started when i was 15. except im much wiser now and know my body much better as well.

take some time off. it will do you good.

I disagree.  I think flintsones needs to keep training, but get off all the drugs.  He is young and doesn't need them, his body hasn't even reached its full potential on its own.  He needs to be a natty and learn how to train, grow and make full potential of his own bodys hormones.  If he stops training all together it will be diasterous for his body.  He needs to keep his endorphines up thus preventing going into a full depression.

I agree with booty! You fucked up! Men still can make gains till they are in there mid 20's naturally. Hell that is when your natural Testosterone is still very high! The only exception is if you are really something special and are going to do the teen nationals or some Bodybuilding show! I doubt you are some flex lewis or steve Kuclo. those guys love lifting weights on or off the juice. I don't think you should lift if you do not like it. don't do anything you do not enjoy!

I just do not see why you would start juicing unless you had love for working out. But Tight Booty is right if not the gym get some kind of excercise either start running or swimming. Do something. If you want to go to the gym just take it easy! nobody really cares how much you are lifting ! lift light weight for awhile just to get yourself in the gym. Do some cardio. Maybe Take up boxing.

I just cannot believe somebody who does not even like lifting weights would use AAS/HGH! I love the gym! That is where I spent alot of my time! hours and hours a day! working out naturally! AAS/HGH did not make that huge of a diffrence! They do help but you can build a great natural physique with
just being consistent with your lifting. and also just nailing your diet! hate to say it but Creatine does work if you get a good brand. It sucks having to drink all those nasty drinks and protein shakes it is easier to take a shot and pop a few dianabol tabs but that is the easy coward way. I have taken it before but at least my body was maxed out naturally. I wanted to use at a younger age but always told myself I would wait till I completely plateued out!

@ witewidow-  you dont fucken realize there is a big big difference between an older guy like hazbin or groink etcetc who has been training for 20 years who has dense lean tissue on em, vs a guy like me who blew up quick on peptides.  Never underestimate the power of insulin...., it takes whatever happens on anabolic steroids and multiplies it by three. When you take large shots of insulin at the right times it increase  water and growth potentiating nutrients in the muscle cell and its like increasing the amount of air in a balloon, cause the muscle to swell...its not real muscle.... thats why the naturals who dont know shit about bbing will tell you how great phil is, the ones who know whatsup and do it hands on themselves wont even use phil in the same sentence as a levrone.

Buddy you domnot have to tell me that. I know how insulin works! why did you abuse your body like that at such a young age? you better of competed otherwise you had no reason to use such powerfull anabolics. insulin is the most powerfull /anabolic substance you can use! you also have to be carefull. I never recommend insulin to anybody who does not compete. that is for competitors! not just for gymrats.

So I do not get it? you do not even like lifting weights? It sounds like you need a break from the AAS/HGH/slin. I can tell if the muscle is blowen up from within using slin or if it is solid muscle. Insulin /HGH users get that bloofy look. All I am saying is you should not diss on natural bodybuilders some of them work their asses off without drugs and nail their diets and have imazing physique's! I have seen guys look like top amateur bodybuilders just using supplements(mainly african americans) but some white. Bro you just need to take a break, get FULL bloodwork done! and just chill out for a bit.

I hate going to the gym and lifting light weights myself but honestly nobody in my gym gives a fuck how much somebody is lifting. sometimes it is all about just getting in the gym! sometimes it is nice lifting light weights and doing alot of reps. take it easy on your body and joints and tendons for awhile. You are young enough where you will regain your natural Test level in time! It might take a year but it will come back! just make sure you get some sort of excersize! wether you want to continue to lift weights or take up MMA or boxing do something active that will get your natural Test level going.

I hope your body recovers and your bloodwork is fine! you must of done a number on your HPTA! I cannot imagine you have a normal libido of a 20yr old. If you were not competing why did you do this to your body? I could only understand it if you were going to compete in the teen nationals. whatever you do good luck! I do not know what you are going through or how you feel because I waited alot longer before I started using AAS/HGH/Insulin.

My first year I was on for 10 months and had a little burn out and needed a 7-10 day rest from the gym. But I know how lifting weights goes! you work a year to put on 15lbs of muscle and it can dissapear within weeks if you do not keep hitting up the gym even if you drop your cycle, keep hitting up the gym otherwise all your hardwork goes to shit! After I learned what the pros did at a young age I wanted nothing to do with the amount of drugs they used. I knew the chances of going pro were slim! so I was in no rush to start using AAS.

I let my body develop naturally and many thought I was on steroids when I was just natural! It was because I stayed consistent and dieted real hard! plus I worked out with older wiser bodybuilders. eventually when I plateued out I did start juicing! but I was 25yrs old. guys keep growing till their mid 20's. but I understand using if you are trrying to do teen nationals or really are trying to go pro! Now lets see a picture!I want a picture where you are holding up a sign with screenname and date. some of what you say I find hard to believe without a guru or trainer most kids your age do not abuse AAS/Exotics as you claim.

So if a 15 year old lanky 6 ft Austrian came up to you and asked if he should start doing some d bols would you tell him to wait till he maxed out naturally ??!?!?!

Ahahahahahaha.....

Depends on how serious they were about bodybuilding! If I thought they had the genetics to do some damage in competition and really had a love for the sport I would tell them to try a small cycle of AAS and a small amount of HGH but no insulin and only start the cyclle 12-14 weeks out from their show. It really depends if I think the guy has a chance of being successful. If they just wanted to cycle to show off to his classmates I would say no! wait till your done growing naturally! At that age males Test Levels are off the charts!

Teens do not really need steroids! gains can be made slowly but will be more solid and not dissapear like they do when you cycle and gain 25lbs in a short cycle of AAS. takes alot of know how to keep your gains from a steroid cycle.

One really has to know how to run a correct PCT and to continue to train and use diffrent supplementation. obviously nobody is going to keep the 25lbs they gain! some of it will be water weight and the AI's will take that away and you end up netting 12lbs of pure muscle if you are lucky.even 10lbs of solid muscle from a 12 week cycle is good!

oh brother..listen there is a big difference between a natty like yourself not slamming enough wazy maize post workout and loosing a 1/8th of an inch on his 15 inch arms, vs a guy whos  had 30 pounds of muscle fall off of him...youve never had the size to  turned heads let alone had girls run up to you to take pictures with you ;)

not trying to flame you I was just joking but the arm part.... but I gotta say the thing is the more gear you get a taste of and the higher quality it is   the more you become dependent on it. The absolute WORST thing any guy without alot of money can do is get his  hands on a few kits of pharm grade growth hormone. Because you will never train without it in your system again....no matter how many steroids you take.

You had zero quality anyway. That's what happens when gymrats try to attain a physique through drugs usage.

Honestly, though, Flin, galeniko gave you grade-A advice:  don't sweat this shit so much.  The size will come back with the next cycle.  2 steps forward, 1.5 back.  Do the best you can to tread water...

...and, with all respect, maybe rely less on the peptides in the future.

To be honest you deserve to feel this way bro. Anyone who has not put time into the gym naturally will always feel like shit at the end. You should only juice if you love lifting and if you don't then you shouldn't juice period.

I love training and trained naturally for nearly ten years off and on or at least 5 serious years. When I shrink I really don`t care, I actually enjoy it.  You are not a true gym warrior and with that mentality I think your best is behind you for good.

flin doesnt your doc prescribe you HRT injects?

ive been off cycles for over 6 months now and i look better than ever. but then again, my doc prescribes me androgel so i never experienced a hormonal crash.  androgel only gives my maybe 5-10mg of test per day though, so its like less than normal production for a healthy dude. still, its something you should consider if your not on HRT of some kind.

Your how old and your already on HRT??

Biut not at the age of 3.

So maybe you ate something special before 4 years of age that turned you into semensampling.

Maybe it was Black Bean Pancakes with Kale Greens?

Stay covered up and when you go to the gym and don't feel like training, just do 10 sets of 10 with the same weight with 10 seconds rest on just one exercise. Get off and stay off hormones expect HRT doses. Add Vitamin D and Curcumin supps into your regimen. Start manipulating your diet so you can get under 10% bodyfat and stay there.  Stop trying to put on size. Train hard and fast and forget about the bodybuilding lifestyle. Its a dead end!

To Flinstones... If you're on HRT then check your bloodwork. Your prolactin and estrogen levels may be very high from past use of tren/deca. That would explain all your symptoms. If you're completely OFF then hormal crash explains everything again, do bloods and either try to restart your testosterone via HCG and SERMs once again, with some cabaser for prolactin if it was high as well or just start HRT.

Hope this helps.

Bro you think hormones alone gets you to the next level bro? I have told you this that so many will reach 250 early then they will never be like that again and it is due to one thing; that is when they are young they love it and want to get big, once that drive and passion is gone you will never reach new growth no matter how many hormones.

You don't like to lift and you complain about the lifestyle bro, to be pro size you have to love it and of course be a walking chemical factory on top of that but how can you expect to get there by saying you hate lifting? Every single person that is pro size loves to lift.

I wish you the best but really, without the positive energy you are not going to get where you want. Why are you off the gear anyway bro?

I just don't get why you do it if you don't like it.
Do what i do and don't limit yourself to just bodybuilding\gym, try rock climbing, boxing\martial arts\bikes i don't know just kep your mind busy and when you realize your body will be better than just weighlifting (talking from experience).
When i'm juiced i go to the gym everytime but still do other sports, skimming, rock climbing and stuff and when i'm off (like now) i go to the gym 3x week and push heavy on other sports, keep it up and you'll not only get new skills but you're body still gets trained hard.

Best of luck!

I'm a lifetime natural and have had times like that, where I was depressed and just walked out. My best gains come from when I'm eating right. It's not easy as a natural to make gains but when I'm eating right and working out regularly, the consistency of it all and the small increases in strength really help the confidence.

Some of the juicers here are real collection of mental basket cases.

If you are only lifting for how you look in the mirror, you deserve to be depressed and miserable.

I have been lifting since 17 yo clean, thats 20 years of drug free lifting, and really going at it.  I do it because I love to lift and look at it as a challenge and really letting out steam at the end of the day.

At 37, I still have a great base of muscle that is solid and doesnt go away when I diet a bit.  It takes YEARS to build quality solid muscle, not months of sticking yourself in the ass.  If you dont have the heart to put in a few solid years up front of hardcore lifting, the basics, than you are not a lifter, but a drug addict looking for a quick high.

I see these idiots in the gym all the time, cycle after cycle, blow up and shrink, bow up and shrink.   and guess what - there is nothing underneath the bloat typically.  No strength gains, no size gains, just a shriveled shadow of the person of a few months before.

Do it right, take the time to build the muscle, do the basic lifts and stop w the beach muscle bullshit, put on a crazy metal mix, and just go to war.  Years later when you still have the muscle and still enjoy lifting just for the sake of it - you won't regret it.

This site needs a resident shrink for some of these pussies.

Exactly! It is what most normal people go through.  Most pros (and others juiced to the gills) live in a dream world 24/7.  The human body is only designed to get so big naturally. It doesn't matter how much you eat/lift.  Steroids offer a superhuman element.  Pros on steroids don't work any harder than natural gym rats.

Yes sad, that is why you must be natural for a long time so you don't just mega dose and self destruct. Anyone who has been natural for a long time knows to juice mildly if they decide to start juicing then they can add more little by little and if they want to go hard at least they have built a tolerance and they know what they are doing and it won't be as harmful as mega dosing right off the bat.

This is me, consistent diet, basic power exercises (current stats 140x5 front squat, 170x2 back squat, 140kgx1 bench, 190x5 deadlift at weight 80kg). This is old photo, but I was around same size, just less bodyfat. I have been training naturally for 2 years, diet RELIGIOUSLY, I looked like shit. Then low dose juice and it all changed - slowly but surely.

I wanna see your physique if you're natural and look so great...

This guy claims natural. There is no way in friggin hell I could like that naturally. Nowhere close. It will take 5 years more ON juice to get to that level.

This is literally the 4th time this month I have went to the gym and tuned around 5-10 minutes into my workout and just said fuck it. 4th time!   I feel so sorry for you guys who train clean..... seriously how the fuck do you do it? Dont you get depressed Looking in the mirror when you see you look like shit???  Just slammed half a pumpkin pie probably averaged around 100 grams of protein today.....

Never used and I can curl 100lb dbs and have good arm size.  Of course, given that we're on Getbig I should note that because of my natural status my arms are 99% fat and 1% everything else in an arm.  Since I've never used I don't know what I'm missing, I have no narcissistic addictions, delusions of grandeur, depression from non use, etc.....

some of his videos are not bad and i like him more than some of the other idiots on youtube. saw him in a video deadlift a decent weight too.. does not come over arrogant or anything..

Yeah, he is cool and doesn't brag about him being anything awesome. It's pretty funny tho that juiced to the gills guys who in practice work just as hard as this guy, just take way more steroids would look down on him and maybe even be arrogant enough to give him some "advice". I have much respect to juiced guys like my 100kg friend who openly admits that my another natural friend would crush him with ease when on steroids. That's kind of people who can look beyond size in bodybuilding.

It's pathetic if someone is just huge and that makes him think he obtained some secret "knowledge" and it gives him right to be some kind of "authority".

You have to tough it out man. Anyone who has juiced has been in a similar situation. Get some natural test boosters and creatine. Keep working hard in the gym get your rest and eat good. You will build back up slowly again. I look at pictures of myself natural and compare them to pictures where I'm on. Not really that big of a difference. I don't abuse like you though. My weight climbs back up I'm not as thick or full but not horrible. Stay away from growth. Your to fucken young. I told you a million times.

Flint, I love you like a son, so I will be nice. But there's a lot of truths in this here thread. There's something to be said for the guys like Krank who have up until recently in his 30s, built a solid foundation naturally. You think Krank will ever phone me late on a Saturday evening, crying on about how his muscles look flat and little? F*** NO he won't! He built a foundation naturally that crushes yours and he is gonna have that geriatric pussy pulling physique for another 20 years if he keeps training.

You are making your own case for why you should not touch gear as a kid....you arent mature enough to handle drugs that were made for ADULTS. This thread is depressing, because you are telling others that your self worth is derived directly from your temporary muscles (you don't even have a natural foundation built FFS.)

Your value as a man should come from how you treat others, standing up for what's right, showing integrity in your actions and being a decent person  of character. Let this lesson grow you as a man. There's some solid wisdom here, and I know you have it in you to be a better man than this...whining on the boards about having to train clean for a few weeks. It's pathetic.

Your friend,
Uberman  -C.F.

PS: you should consider joining the military.

I was depressed. I tried to kill myself via gear indirectly and put on 40 pounds of muscle by accident. Whats real fucked up is all I could think about since the time I was 14 years old was "being there" and once I was finally got "there" I didnt give a fuck.....I was more misrable than ever. funny how life works..

Bingo - these fags think this shit happens over night.  IT TAKES YEARS OF HARD WORK.

This guy probably does not even train right when he is juicing.   Probably a few sets of bench, tons curls, maybe some overhead dumbbell presses, an maybe a light back day, never legs, and thats it.

But yes I know Im an attention seeker, I make everything up, I saw imaginary muscles  at the time etc. ::) whatever floats your boat brother..

30 pounds is imperative , oh dear

I have been in bars where guys have been huge and bars where guys haven't been that big

both types can handle situations just fine

size doesn't matter

SKILLS do

to be a bouncer you need to be respected or feared

muscle mass is only one factor

better to have FUNCTIONAL Muscle, muscle that is of use in a job like that..when i was doing security work and we did Fashion shows and such and private partys the best guys were well trained Wing Chun Boxers or Thai boxers... with muscle but not walking walls of shit. Sure big guys look the part but does not mean you are hard. shows lack of experience in this line of work AND lack of fighting experience. Fucking get in a boxing gym with weights or a martial arts club and forget the BIG is better BOLLOCKS. If you want to juice...then do what Galeniko advised maintain a respectable size but learn skills that you need and be prepared.

If you want to do this line of work and be good you need to learn some skills and yes stamina is important. you can´t rely only on size..it´s not a Bodybuilding show.

i think it's a cliche, i hated to hear this myself, but found it to be true in the end

after u realize the absurdity of it all

u get discouraged

feel empty and powerless in the gym

look around at hardcore twinks fueled by the brutal delusions that drive them to great levels of intensity

feels weird and depressing

but you gotta try to enjoy working out and being healthy, be thankful you are not handicapped and can use your body like this

flintstones u were just posting a few weeks ago that you were in your best condition ever, you found the holy grail etc. What happened?

Me personally, I don't see the point the point in abusing aas/hgh unless you compete because it isn't worth the come down when you have to stop.

Why not drop the dosages down to 700-1000 a week and do 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off (apollo82 style) with a few months off a year?

With the lower dosages you would obviously have to lower the expectations. You would have to either:

-drop size but focus on conditionitiong and aesthetics (see galeniko or the filipino guy danny-boy)

or

-if you want to look big in clothes, sacrifice condition for increased size (staying within 12-15% bodyfat)

Life is a marathon not a sprint bro. You are going to regret burning yourself out 10-20 years down the line. The YOLO attitude is all good until the responsibilities come and reality hits you in the face,

It wasnt a few weeks ago it was a little over a month ago, and I had already been clean a week or two at that point. When you drop verything you look better than when you were on for a week or two and the water drops......then its byebye. And honestly 10 years from now I will probably be burned out but I want to get this bodybuilding shit done with while I can. If I cant be a freak in 5 years in aint happening in 10 years

Don't expect too many points on Getbig for honesty. I've found it is not part of the culture here with many folks.

You are too kind in your assessment of Uberman, this poster is a judgmental pompous ass and nothing more.

Being the son of a painting contractor, I believe I could out pace you in both quality and quantity of work. However, I would expect a great deal more than $10 an hour. Union scale for a journeyman painter is $32.15.

You might be right about me being an amateur. It has been a long time since I worked as a journeyman painter.

My specialty was detailed trim work. I have a great eye and can cut in trim really fast using an 2.5" angle brush. Brush work is my favorite. I use a 5" brush to paint siding, taking about 3 boards and working the full width of the side of the building to avoid laps. Most commercial painters are spraying everything inside and out. I guess I just like painting the old fashioned way. When painting bathroom or kitchen walls that are smooth with oil-based semi-gloss enamel paint, using a good quality brush results in the best possible finish.

Speaking of paint types, I still prefer oil-based enamels over latex-based ones, although latex has come a long way. I also miss some of the old tints, especially the reds and yellows, which are no longer available. These days you cannot tint a decent shade of red that also provides any degree of coverage. Do you tint your primer and undercoat?

You might be able to cut in an 8' ceiling, but you'd still need a ladder for a lot of construction these days since it is common in my area for houses to have 9' and 10' flat ceilings. You'd also have to get on the ladder for ceilings like those in my house that are vaulted. While the ceiling on one side of my living room is 8' it is 16' on the other side. I know you cannot reach that, big guy.

Not to worry, if I wanted to be a painter again, I'd be the contractor. I am way passed working for someone else at any pay rate. I prefer doing fine quality specialty work to high production work. Painters must not make much where you live, my dad was making a lot more than $10 an hour back in the 1950's. Of course being a contractor, he didn't work by the hour; he priced his work by the job.

Like I said, you could be correct about my returning to amateur status after my long hiatus from the painting profession, but I still remember a thing or two....perhaps even more then you've learned so far.

They will probably keep living with the roaches my guess. Did they sit down a be quiet when you were painting or did you have kids under your feet? Amazing you could paint in that environment.

I would have to wear ear plugs and could probably deal with but it would take me longer not having your experience with painting. I would probably put on the TV if they had one the Mexican channel to divert them off me and stomp roaches to hear them "pop" until I got done. Your post brings back so many memories of when I worked with my stepdad. His primary business was painting apartments in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles. When he first went into business he got the bulk of his work from property management. After several years he built a clientele of customers who had nicer apartments in these neighborhoods. The main feature of his business was his ability to get in and get out of a place quickly and leave no mess behind. When he packed up at the end of the day, a new tenant could have moved right in.

While I don't remember working with my dad when he had a job like the one you describe, I can think of two jobs he had where I helped him that were pretty gross for different reasons.

The first was a fairly modest apartment in a large building. The prior tenet had committed suicide in the apartment by drinking ammonia which caused her to vomit blood all over the walls and floors before she died. I think the floors and walls had been cleaned before we came in to paint, however there were stains on the walls and the place smelled bad.

The second apartment my dad was hired to paint where I was going to work with him was in Beverly Hills, CA. It was in a very nice six unit building. The apartment was a pretty large place with Spanish architecture. It was nicer than a lot of houses. Anyway, the man who lived there had died....in the apartment. His body wasn't discovered for several weeks. The apartment had been cleaned after his decomposed body was removed and aired out for a few weeks before we arrived. I don't know if it was power of suggestion and just me being a wuss, but the smell made me feel physically sick. I couldn't stay there. My stepdad did that job on his own. I don't know how he managed it.

It was rare that we would work in an apartment that was occupied. My dad also painted the homes of his customers, but mostly interiors because he had an issue with heights. Moving furniture is a hassle. We'd put everything into the middle of the room and cover it with drop cloths, then cover the remaining floor area with drop cloths and paint the ceiling first. Walls were easy since all the furniture was already out of the way.

As I mentioned, trim work was my specialty. A lot of the old buildings we worked in had small paned wood windows. I developed a system for painting sash, which was painting from the inside/center out and top to bottom. We never used painter's tape in those days. You just had to be exact in cutting in without getting paint anywhere where it wasn't supposed to be.

These days a lot of property management companies use the on site apartment managers as painters regardless that they may have not expertise in that field. I feel for you working in this profession and trying to make a good living doing it.

If you have an occasion to use oil based paint in the future, the solvent is " paint thinner" not gasoline. In some instances you might use lacquer thinner to clean up which will even dissolved oil based paint which has dried. Your are right though, these are toxic substances. One time while working with Al Dahl, a high end painting contractor, we painted the exterior siding on a house with lead in oil paint. It had already been outlawed, but he'd purchase a quantity just for this repeat customer who preferred it. What I remember most is how heavy it was. Not the most ideal way to develop big biceps and triceps! LOL.
