Not like that.

Button down shirts are better long sleeved, rolled up at the arms, and not plaid. The horrible under shirt from walmart doesn't help. I would've thought someone from europe would have a better fashion sense $:-\$

i buy really cheap clothes and i have bad taste

but i also think a lot of "fashion minded" guys looks like total homos

You don't have to spend a lot of cash to look good. Don't know why anyone would spend all that time in the gym, eating, and gearing to cover it up with clothes that make you look like a 12 year old boy. Clothes, muscle, skin, and hair style all matter if you wanna look your best.

a good set of sneakers...pretty much any kind will go with the t and jeans. Has more to do with color matching with the top and jeans.

so what color of trousers would you recommend for one to wear with a blue long-sleeve shirt and tan kicks?

Could look like a repair main if you go with navy blue pants depending on the style of top and kicks $:-\$

You said trousers and I thought less casual for some reason. Blue jeans as those in the pic would be best and unless you have a belt similar in color to the shoes don't show it like they have in the pic.
