Here is a pic of a former training partner of mine - I shopped it a little bit (the one on the left) but outside of actually changing proportions, or doctoring the image, their isn't too much Photoshop can do other than a few brightness/contrast/exposure/levels changes. I haven't seen him for years, but he is natural in these pics, but the man was utterly obsessed with diet, did mountains of cardio and spent hundreds of dollars a month on supplements. He was about 4 weeks out from a competition here.
