Title: New to bodybuilding
Post by: arnoldfan41 on July 15, 2013, 11:24:15 AM
Bodybuilding has been a sport I've been admiring from afar for years now. I've always been too busy because of school, work or other commitments to really get involved. But I had an awakening last month when a co-worker suddenly died of a heart attack. I made a decision right then and there to become a hardcore bodybuilder. One, because I need to improve my health because that could be me next time DOA at the emergency room and reason number two, life is just too short to not be doing what I enjoy. So at the age of 42 I diving right in the deep end of bodybuilding. I joined Gold's Gym, went to the sports store and bought a weight belt and lifting gloves, stopped at GNC and bought a weight gainer protein, a jar of creatine capsules, a tribulus test booster and a tub of One More Rep. I bought a copy of Arnold's Encyclopedia. I also subscribed to Flex magazine and Muscular Development. I registered at Getbig and Bodybuilding.com Have I missed anything?LOL Had my first workout Saturday and I'm sore as heck. I look forward to learning more about this awesome sport. Thanks guys.

Please send us a before pic now and we can compare it to the after pic you take 6 weeks from now. That will quiet all the haters. Good luck and take it easy on the weight gainer. GNC's brand is so strong I knew a guy that grew so big so quick his skin ended up ripping open. God speed.

Many bodybuilders believe the key to growth is through exotic drug combinations. This is simply not true. With the exception of the last 8 or so weeks of contest prep, there is very little reason to use drugs like trenbolone, masteron, winstrol, anavar, halotestin, etc. If your goal is to gain as much size as possible it boils down to 3 simple components:

1) Lots of food
2) Heavy training
3) Lots of testosterone, nandralone, dianabol, anadrol, growth hormone and insulin

There is simply no need for elaborate combinations of 6 different anabolic steroids in varying doses to become huge. For example, a simple an effective protocol that will transform anyone into a "mass monster" would be:

2,000mg testosterone
1,000mg nandralone
100mg dbol
10iu hGH
15iu insulin first thing AM, and post workout

So you think that becoming a 'hardcore bodybuilder' will improve your health? LOL, you have no clue. However, becoming a 'hardcore bodybuilder' is a great way to shorten your lifespan.

To me hardcore means three on/one off double splits, chicken/rice every three hours, walking the walk and talking the talk.

I don't believe that post is for real for a minute. If I'm wrong I'll say this. If you want some laughs stay on this site. If you want training advice run from this site as fast as you can. Bodybuilding is  a sport based on drug use. Bodybuilding the way most practice it will do little for your health. You're in your 40's and you are taking a high caloric weight gainer? That is insanity. You want to get lean and not be a fatty permabulker in a tight shirt looking like a fool.
