this is the best way I've found personally........
taper your gear usage down...., then run whatever pct you like to run
get ripped while'st your on ( the next bit is key )
try and keep your condition, dont ever look at the scales EVER!
keep your diet and training spot on just the same as you were doing...
tapering your gear down gets your body and head used to being smaller, i braved to look at the scales and im down to just over 16st, but ive got full six pack, veiny arms etc etc, you just have to get your head around not being massive in clothes, if you can win that battle youl probly never go back on
if you try to maintain an advanced weight, youl look like a pile of shit...staying lean is where its at
