It's amazing how they know that this random skull found in the ground is exactly 1.78 to 1.95 million years old (when carbon dating process is only proven to a few thousand years - beyond that it is total theory/guess work/fairy tales)
Maybe it is a human with a deformed/over grown skull or jaw - NOOO that would be implausible!!! it MUST be a half human half monkey from 1.95 million years ago!!!!!

You are scientifically ignorant. Scientists know what deformed skulls look like and they know the perimeters of what does exist within a species as far as that goes, that is how they can identify separate species from just a single skull. It might seem implausible to you, but it would be because you aren't a scientist and know nothing about how incredibly advanced and complicated science is. They have their bases covered, they are professionals.
BTW, Carbon dating is used on time-spans up to 60,000 years but due to the half-life of carbon it is inaccurate beyond that point...
..but guess what? Carbon isn't the only radioactive element!
As conclusive as radiometric dating is, scientists use SEVERAL different types of dating just to double and triple and quadruple check their results.
