You don't notice that doing any cardio before lifting is having an adverse effect to your lifting?
Or do you even care about what weight you're able to lift? *if you are just a "weekend warrior" then you would be keeping fit, and most likely not care if your weights are affected or not* (Crap, no matter how I word it, I can't properly get my thought out correctly...sorry ElGuapo)
no problem I understand. I do it because it makes an hour of cardio go by a lot easier by breaking it up into two half hour sessions. Do my weights get suffer a tad? sure, but I dont train like this all the time.
