This is stupid.
My original comments are about the realities of street fighting, not some sporting cage match. I have been a doorman, off and on, for almost 20 years, and I have been in and seen more real fights than you, Swede (most likely). Sure, technical skill can be of great benefit, but so, too, can muscular mass and strength.
And when one is over 300 pounds of muscle and in good general condition (athletic and dynamic), such as was Mariusz, that guy is a wrecking machine in an altercation scenario.
Poundstone, in a bar, would so destroy GSP it isn't even funny. All the leg sweeps and super-turbo-neck-crushes-arm-bar-foldover nonsense would amount to ZERO. The guy would get folded like a cheap card table.
If a man the size of a, say, Kazmaier, at his biggest and best, can throw a reasonable punch and in a combination, and is aware of the reality of someone attempting to "shoot" on him, a majority of MMA dudes would get utterly smashed into oblivion if they were to challenge him to a real fight.
I have real-world experience (and formal schooling) and weigh an athletic 295 pounds at six foot. I ask ya, what are you gonna do?
