theres lots of muscle under the flab. lots. even abs show some,,, and this is at 60+,, post open heart surgery,,and daily governing of a state as big as some countries.
in my opinion this is the best bodybuilder to ever walked on stage or off stage. will be pres of the usa the moment they amend the constitution,,,,,,if ;)

If YOU consider him THE BEST, then why don`t you use him as the standard? You guys look like wide,waisted refrigerators, simply awful compared to Arnold`s prime.
So if you see him as being the best ever, why don`t you try to emulate his physique? It makes zero sense now, doesn`t it?

I think we do... Although not everybody is 6'2" with an abnormal ability to build muscle, fluctuate muscle size and density at the drop of a hat, own such a good biceps peak, and do it all on a minimal drug regimine. ;)
Otherwise... I say those are some sick shorts and SICK ass shades!

Huge improvment over the last pictures taken. Arms and shoulders are looking bigger, chest looking full, and midsection looking tighter.
It would be awesome to see him get into really good shape. Big muscles look really good on his frame, as opposed to Stallone.

Looks damn good for 59. Pisses me off the way they showed him after his rotator cuff surgery. NO, those pics were not of him after his heart surgery. They were taken after T3. He injured his shoulder during filming.

Looks brilliant concidering the age and the surgery. With all his past glory in the bag and current busy schedule he could well just let it go and don't care about his physique - and would still be honoured as one of the greatest! Yet, he finds time to keep himself in shape. Simply amazing!

As stated above,
Looks excellent for a 60 yr old who is running a state and has had heart surgery in the past. Able to hold a lot of muscle on his frame. He'd be in even better shape if lifting was his focus again.

It's not that i don't have love for you dear Alexxx, it's just that growing up on Southern California beaches gave me too high of standards when it came to beachware...sound right? I'm sure you look adorable in a pair of bright red ones, but it's just not my style :-*

The only issue with the bathing suit is that it's surprising to see him wear something that looks out of date; the look itself is no worse than today's styles. Might look better than the balloon bathing suits and shorts men are forced to wear now. Basically today's look is saying that men should be covered up, aren't attractive. We've been conditioned to think that this is "better" because everyone accepts it.
Take a look at a 1980s NBA game sometime and check out the shorts compared to today's balloon pants. ;D

I have no problem with wearing them while tanning. If I was more self-confident, I'd wear them walking on the beach, too. Your view is what's wrong with men's clothing style in general.

Whats all teh talk about the swimsuit??
Arnie spent his 20's and 30's in the 1970's and 80's...That was the swimsuit fashion at the time. People didn't ware billabong shorts then, at least in Europe they didn't. Everybody wore that. Its simply natural for him to revert to what he's used to. My dad, whos same generation as Arnie also wears this type of swimsuits. Its just a habit.
I bet when we all 50-something and keep wearing our bermuda shorts, the teens of those years will also find it funny.
