how could he do any worse than Ronnie?

remember this?

I think Jay will do great as a spokesperson for the sport.

Looks like a morphed version of that.

Was Jay's win good for the sport?

or did it set us back to a "blockier, less shapely" era?

I have always felt that Jay lacked the shapely qualities that guys like Ronnie, Flex, Victor and Shawn have.

This is part of why I have never really been partial to Yates' physique also.

Jay has good quads, but even at the show last night, his thigh sweep is nowhere near what it once was.

Is this a good direction in terms of qualities that a Mr. O should have?

I am not necessarily saying that ronnie deserved to win last night - he was soft in many areas except his arms from the front, and injured to boot.

I just hope someone like Vic wins it next year..he has that really shapely look to his muscles that I am partial to.

ronnie used to have it, but not last night.

Personal preferences to phyisques aside, Jay deserves congratulations..

based on the pics, he beat ronnie fairly.

ronnie's arms looked really good from the front, but other than that, he was not as good as last year, not by a long shot.

 :-\

as you can see, he lacked the details of 2005

::) no one was less shapely than ronnie he was turning into an embarressment this is just a way to try and salvage some pride because you are bitter that the judges stopped gifting him wins.

stop being bitter, your god is dead, get over it.
