What's your favorite thing about Ron Paul?

I believe Ron Paul’s most brilliant idea is to legalize competing currencies. Once there are more currencies on the market, we won’t have to depend on the Federal Reserve’s printing money out of thin air.

USA isolating itself from the rest of the world?

When the rest of the world is growing rapidly closer and closer?

How is that going to benefit the US and world economy?

Ron Paul would be a disaster as a president.

Not to mention, he would be a disaster from a world leader point of view as well.

Bush have finally started to try a different approach in his foreign policy, in the final hours of his presidency, trying to get the Israel-Palestine conflict somewhere.

It is very good to see.

With Ron Paul as president the USA's foreign policy would be like Sweden's. Does Sweden bomb and attack other countries? Does it assassinate elected leaders. No, you talk to people, travel and trade; that's what Ron Paul wants to do.
I hate the State.

The legacy of Reagan and others are less than stellar, with criminal operations in foreign countries (Beirut), supporting terrorist groups (Contras), extremist religious fanatics(Afghanistan), dictators (Saddam), et al.

But still. USA is the biggest nation in the world, the most powerful country, and could and should be a beacon for democracy and world peace.

It should be a leader, obviously not through non-democratic methods, and lead the world, make it better.

Sweden, only 9 million, cannot.

USA, biggest economy in the world, and the major nation, can.

It is that simple.

UN, while not perfect, has its main body located in USA for a reason. It is the creation of USA, and USA has to be the major engine, powering UN.

I'm pretty ambivalent about the UN.

Would you prefer Norway or Sweden as a place to live?
I hate the State.

Listen what George H. W. Bush has to say about the UN's plans for us.

good plug... Ron Paul is the only candidate who can win for America... not for corporations, banking cartels, CFR, etc. I like that.
