Title: Bpc-157?
Post by: SouJerz on January 17, 2023, 08:53:18 PM
Anyone have experience with the peptide BPC-157 for tendon/ligament recovery?  Either research grade or pharma from HRT?

Injured my mcl and ACL and my HRT Clinic offers BPC-157.  Already taking mk-677 in pill form.

I'm not sure if its "Pharma" as its not really a conrolled drug. (Unless something changed).
Most TRT places get it from the same place as UGL's. That being said, Ive had great luck w/ it.
Helped fix my  tennis-elbow, and now taking it for my partial delt tear.  Healing much quicker since starting it again.

I'm a huge fan of this stuff. Has other health benefits (gut health, etc)...

I used TB500 and did wonders to my partial supraspinatus tear.

I've used BPC. It alleviated elbow tendonitis the first time I used it but after 6-8 months it flared up again and it doesn't seem to be working as well this time around.

Been on two months hoping it would accelerate broken bone recovery.  Does not appear to be the case.

Broken bones should take 5 - 6 weeks....this sounds like something more serious or there's something you're doing to prevent healing

I agree.

The problem is location I believe.  Sesamoid bone in the ball of the foot. I have read that this one is a bitch, due to location, lack of blood flow to the area, etc.  Even though it's a boot, I'm probably doing something that's screwing it up.

I have xrays this week, so we will see.

It is healing, but I need another month in the boot.  X rays showed the cracked part fusing.

Stress fracture from running?

Stress fracture from running?

I play baseball in multiple leagues still.  Lots of wear and tear.  Guy tried to pick me off 1st, when I went back to the bag I kicked it straight on, which split my cleat in half.  Foot flexed way up.

I thought I had pulled a tendon, so I played another two months.  Got to be unbearable, and my knee started hurting (must have been running different).  Went to the doc who x-rayed and found the fracture.  Doc said it would only heal from being immobilized.

Then, my dumbass played another month to finish the season before going in the boot.
