I like you too bro, but you are constantly on my ass.....relax. i'm ok. I'm training 2-3 on one off....cardio is 2 times a week MAX for 30 minutes on an incline walk, sometimes once, sometimes never. My weight is slowly coming back up......I'll get there.
I dont use any drugs other than some experementation. I did a dumb 16 week rt cycle which did little and sht me down, so now I'm on PCT, with blood tests scheduled for wednesday.
I was semi-addicted (1 pill a day) to vics for a while, but havent touched one in months. I hace experienced with Nubain (thank god I cant get this stuff cause its better than anything out there), and I tred coke one time and it was the wrost experience of my life.
My cals are 3,500 a day and at 6'2 , 160 I am moving in wight stead 1-2 lbs a week..I have 2 cheat meals a week, can still see my abs, so I'm ok for now.
After my test on wdnesday.....I may be on HRT for life....if so, a big cycle is in my fututr starting around Valentines day.....there.......
havent touced booz in years and a smoke a bowl most nigts pre bed.......
