i have seen pix of u with the 6 pack flat stomach
when u are going about your daily life are your lower abs always flat or do they stick out a bit and if u ahd to take ya shirt off in frotn of people would u have to suck in your stomach?

It depends on how much I eat and how much fluid I take. If you eat hunders of grams of carbs and drink so much fluid, your stomach can't be flat unless you hold it. Much carbs + much fluid makes a belly.

This year I'll start my contest season at the Dexter Jackson Classic on August 1st...but I hope that one year I'll compete in New York too.

Anyway my abs is not one of my best bodypart...OK I don't like to train them.

But to improve my abs and thighs pose I'll need deeper abs and much wider lats...
