Judge Seals Hunter Biden's Finances in Child Support Case
By Eric Mack    |   Monday, 10 April 2023

An Arkansas judge has ruled to keep Hunter Biden's financial disclosures sealed as Biden fights to reduce child-support payments to the daughter his family has sought to distance itself from.

The "court has no concern for the political nature or aspects surrounding the case," Circuit Judge Holly Meyer ruled, according to The Washington Times on Monday.

Hunter Biden is the father of a girl, 4, born to Lunden Roberts, 31, a Washington, D.C., stripper who went by the name of "Dallas."

President Joe Biden and Hunter sought to distance themselves from the 4-year-old and her mother amid the 2020 presidential campaign, and the latest case deals with a Hunter Biden request to reduce child-support payments.

"This case is about child support and the court has treated and will continue to treat these parties as any other members of this judicial district," Meyer wrote in the ruling, according to the report. "The court's goal is not to be opaque, but to be efficient and not to burden the parties.

"The court has balanced the competing interests of the parties in the making this order."

Hunter Biden requested the financial disclosures to be sealed amid multiple investigations into him and President Biden's alleged influence peddling operations that has reportedly netted the family tens of millions of dollars.

A December 2019 court filing revealed Roberts was on Hunter Biden's payroll during her pregnancy from May 2018 to November 2018.

Emails from Hunter Biden's laptop revealed that company was Rosemont Seneca, the company tied to the alleged influence peddling with Russia, China, and Ukraine.

Hunter Biden denied he was the girl's father until he submitted to a DNA test in Roberts' 2019 paternity case.

In a December 2019 filing, Roberts called Hunter Biden "a complete stranger" to their daughter, according to the report.

"The defendant has had no involvement in the child's life since the child's birth, nor interacted with the child, never parented the child, never made or even participated in health-related decisions for the child, never interacted with the child's medical professionals, never seen the child, and could not identify the child out of a photo lineup," the filing read, according to the Times.

Roberts has sought to have their daughter legally take the Biden last name, arguing "the Biden name is now synonymous with being well educated successful, financially acute and politically powerful."

"This child's father was a wildly successful businessman, acquiring seats on the board of a foreign corporation making a good salary, fundraising from overseas investors, working for large credit card companies, acting as a powerful lobbyist, and is now, apparently, a famous artist," according to the December 2022 court motion, the Times reported. "The child would benefit from carrying the Biden family name, just like her father and other family members."

Hunter Biden motioned in January to block that possibility, calling it "political warfare."

Critics note the Biden family's presidency should not be able to claim to be family friendly when it is legally suing to block the acknowledgment of Roberts' daughter's DNA-confirmed tie to the family.

IRS agent wants whistleblower protections to discuss 'preferential treatment' in Hunter Biden probe

An IRS special agent said to be involved in the federal investigation into Hunter Biden's taxes is seeking whistleblower protections to provide sensitive disclosures about the probe to Congress.

Mark D. Lytle, a lawyer for the unnamed IRS employee, wrote in a letter Wednesday to a bipartisan group of lawmakers that he represents a “career IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent who has been overseeing the ongoing and sensitive investigation of a high profile, controversial subject since early 2020” and would like to make protected whistleblower disclosures to Congress.

According to Lytle, the IRS special agent is prepared to provide information that would "contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee," reveal failures to handle "clear conflicts of interest" in the case and detail instances of "preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols.”

Lytle went on to say his client has notified the offices of inspector general at both the Treasury Department, which oversees the IRS, and the Justice Department through "legally protected disclosures."

Hunter has been under investigation since 2018, and the FBI has had the contents of his computers since December of 2019.  DOJ has provided immense cover for this crackhead.

Newly Revealed Emails Between Antony Blinken and Hunter Biden Blow Open a Web of Corruption
Red State ^ | By Bonchie | 3:32 PM on April 25, 2023
Posted on 4/25/2023, 4:28:37 PM by Red Badger

Newly revealed emails between Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Hunter Biden are raising eyebrows. According to Fox News, the president’s son had a close relationship with Blinken. That included Hunter Biden being hosted at the State Department in 2015.

Why is that year important? Because it was right at the peak of Hunter Biden’s foreign escapades, including his stint on the board of Ukrainian gas company Burisma.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken held a meeting with Hunter Biden at the State Department in July 2015 when he was serving as the deputy secretary of state in the Obama-Biden administration and Hunter was on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, according to emails reviewed and verified by Fox News Digital.

The ties between Blinken and Hunter Biden could face increased scrutiny after former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell testified to the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees last week that Blinken, as President Biden’s then-campaign senior adviser, “played a role in the inception” of the public statement signed by intelligence officials claiming Hunter’s abandoned laptop was part of a Russian disinformation campaign just weeks before the 2020 presidential election.

The pieces are starting to come together, and the web of corruption is expanding. As RedState reported previously, Blinken, acting on behalf of the 2020 Biden campaign, was the driving force behind the infamous letter from 51 current and former intel agents decrying the Hunter Biden laptop story as “Russian disinformation.” That letter was then used in a debate by Biden to dismiss the story and claim the Russians were involved.

That’s small potatoes compared to what these emails show, though. According to one of them, Hunter Biden requested an in-person meeting with Blinken. Upon his invitation being accepted, the president’s son then forwarded the email to Devon Archer. Why is that important? Because Archer also served on the board of Burisma.

“Have a few minutes next week to grab a cup of coffee?” Hunter asked. “I know you are impossibly busy, but would like to get your advice on a couple of things.”

“Absolutely,” Blinken replied. “I’m just about to land in Tokyo en route back DC from Burma. I’ll be in office from Tuesday on. Copying Linda in my office to find a good time. Look forward to seeing you. Tony.”

Hunter then forwarded Blinken’s response to his business partner and fellow Burisma board member, Devon Archer.

Reportedly, the original meeting didn’t take place. It was rescheduled in July 2015, and Blinken sent a follow-up email to Hunter Biden saying it was great to “catch up.” Hunter Biden was apparently in contact with Blinken years before that, though. Another email shows that he got in contact with Blinken’s wife and solicited his personal email address to send him “something.”

Ask yourself, what Hunter Biden, who was on the board of Burisma at the time, could have possibly had to talk about with Blinken that wasn’t business related? And why was he alerting a member of the Burisma board about the meeting? Whatever was said in that meeting would likely be of a lot of interest to House Republicans as they probe the Biden family.

Wherever this leads, it’s clear that Blinken is not an innocent bystander in all this. In just a week, he’s been exposed as a Biden family lackey in multiple ways. Did he abuse his office at the State Department to help Hunter Biden? It sure looks that way, but we’ll need more information to see how far this really goes.

Hunter Biden finally arrives at court for baby mama paternity showdown he has been trying to avoid
NY Post ^ | May 1, 2023 | Steven Vago and Emily Crane
Posted on 5/1/2023, 11:56:44 AM by upchuck

BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS — First son Hunter Biden arrived at an Arkansas court in person Monday as part of his years-long paternity suit saga with his baby mama.

President Biden’s 53-year-old son has been battling to cut child support payments for the 4-year-old daughter he has with Lunden Roberts — a former stripper who had he a month-long affair with.

About a dozen law enforcement officers stood in the parking lot of Independence County Court as Hunter — dressed in a dark suit and tie — was whisked into the courthouse via a back entrance shortly before the 9 a.m. hearing got underway.

Antony Blinken and the ‘made men’ of the Biden administration
BY JONATHAN TURLEY, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR - 04/22/23

Secretary of State Antony Blinken would really, really prefer to talk about grain in Ukraine this week. But many people are less interested in what Blinken is doing as secretary of state than in what he did to become secretary of state.

This week, Blinken was implicated in a political coverup that could well have made the difference in the 2020 election. According to the sworn testimony of former acting CIA Director Michael Morrell, Blinken – then a high-ranking Biden campaign official – was “the impetus” of the false claim that the Hunter Biden laptop story was really Russian disinformation. Morrell then organized dozens of ex-national security officials to sign the letter claiming that the Hunter laptop story had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

Morrell further admitted that the Biden campaign “helped to strategize about the public release of the statement.”

Finally, he admitted that one of his goals was not just to warn about Russian influence but “to help then-Vice President Biden in the debate and to assist him in winning the election.”

Help it did. Biden claimed in a presidential debate that the laptop story was “garbage” and part of a “Russian plan.” Biden used the letter to say “nobody believes” that the laptop is real.

In reality, the letter was part of a political plan with the direct involvement of his campaign, but Biden never revealed their involvement. Indeed, over years of controversy surrounding this debunked letter, no one in the Biden campaign or White House (including Blinken) revealed their involvement.

Of course, the letter was all the media needed. Discussion of the laptop was blocked on social media, and virtually every major media outlet dismissed the story before the election.

That was also all Biden needed to win a close election. The allegations that the Biden family had cashed in millions through influence peddling could have made the difference. It never happened, in part because of Blinken’s work.

Once in power, Blinken was given one of the top Cabinet positions. He was now one of the “made” men of the administration.

He was not alone. The 2016 election was marred by false allegations of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign. Unlike the influence peddling allegations made against Biden, the media ran with those stories for years. It later turned out that the funding and distribution of the infamous Steele dossier originated with the Clinton campaign. The campaign, however, reportedly lied in denying any such funding until after the election. It was later sanctioned for hiding the funding as legal expenses.

Those involved in spreading this false story were rewarded handsomely. For example, the second collusion story planted in the media by the campaign concerned the Russian Alfa Bank. The campaign used key Clinton aide Jake Sullivan, who went public with the entirely false claim of a secret back channel between Moscow and the Trump campaign.

Sullivan was also a “made” man who was later made Biden’s national security adviser. Others who were implicated in either the Steele dossier or Alfa Bank hoaxes also later found jobs in the administration. The Brookings Institution proved a virtual turnstile for these political operatives.

Many signatories on the Russian disinformation letter continue to flourish. MSNBC analyst Jeremy Bash signed the letter and was put on the president’s Intelligence Advisory Board. As with Sullivan, it did not seem to matter that Bash had gotten one of the most important intelligence stories of the election wrong.

Former CIA head James Clapper was referenced by Biden on the letter and was also a spreader of the Russian collusion claims. Despite those scandals and a claim of perjury, CNN gave him a media contract.

They are all “made” men in the Beltway, but they could not have succeeded without a “made” media.

These false stories planted by the Clinton and Biden campaigns succeeded only because the media played an active and eager role. In any other country, this pattern would fit the model of a state media and propaganda effort. However, there was no need for a central ministry when the media quickly reinforced these narratives. This is a state media by consent rather than coercion. The Biden campaign knew that reporters would have little interest or curiosity in how the letter came about or the involvement of campaign operatives.

If Republicans did not control the House of Representatives, the Morrell admission would never have occurred. The Democrats repeatedly blocked efforts to investigate this story and the influence peddling allegations. Even this week, some Democrats called it a “tabloid story.”

Given the career paths of figures such as Blinken and Sullivan, there is a concern that other officials may see the value in “earning their bones” as “made” men and women. There is now a senior IRS career official who is seeking to disclose what he claims was special treatment given to Hunter Biden in the criminal investigation.

While the 51 former intelligence figures were eager to raise Russian disinformation claims before the election, most have become silent. After all, the letter served its purpose, as Morrell indicated, “to assist [Biden] in winning the election.” After the false stories planted before the 2016 and 2020 elections, the question is what is in store for 2024?

Imagine the wall-to-wall coverage if Don Jr. or Eric Trump impregnated a stripper, refused to acknowledge paternity until DNA proved otherwise, they failed to provide support, and Donald Trump then openly dissed the grandchild by failing to acknowledge her.  They would be all over Trump.  Has the media asked even a single question of Biden about this?  I guess that's hard to when he doesn't really take questions . . . .

Who is Lunden Roberts? Roberts is the Batesville, Arkansas mother of Hunter Biden’s estranged child, Navy Joan Roberts, born August 2018.

Hunter Biden initially denied being the father, however, a then 28-year-old Roberts filed a petition for paternity and child support after a DNA test proved he was in fact the father. She was later awarded child support from the President’s son, who was 48 years old at the time.

I guess that's hard to when he doesn't really take questions . . . .

Nope, can't imagine it.

We're in a place and time that was unimaginable just a few years ago.

I assume you mean ask President Biden. Not that the media wouldn't ask him, but why should they? Why should he "take questions" about his son's situation? President Biden isn't responsible for his adult son's personal problems. For the same reason if something similar transpired with any of Trump's brood, Trump Sr shouldn't be held accountable. Anyway, he has enough problems on his own without assuming those of his offspring.

If Eric or Don Jr. were to be charged with rape. No doubt some folks could easily say, like father like son. As best as I know, President Biden has never sought a reduction in child support payments (illegitimate or otherwise).

Hunter Biden supposedly has paid a total of $750,000 at the rate of $20,000 a month in child support retroactively to 2018 once paternity was proved. Who knew that it costs $20,000 a month to support a 4-year-old girl. Glad my children are all grown up. LOL!

A couple of interesting considerations in this case are that Arkansas child support law changed on April 2, 2020, when the Arkansas Supreme Court issued their opinion titled In Re Implementation of the Revised Administrative Order No. 10. The new order shifts away from basing all child support obligations solely on the non-custodial parent’s income and instead is based on an “income-sharing” model.

Normally, an Arkansas Court will not change a non-custodial parent’s child support obligation unless there has been a material change of circumstances. Arkansas law says that a change of 20% or $100 in income is a material change that will allow a modification of your child support obligation.

Hunter is now seeking a reduction in child support based on a 'material change' in his income. Does anyone know what he is asking it to be reduced to? I read the Kathleen, Hunters ex-wife gets somewhere between $20,000 and $37,000 a month in alimony. Hunter and Kathleen's three children together are all adults today.

I am grateful that my children weren't ever screwups like Hunter appears to be. I might have disowned them had they been.
