Yea know Alexxx, if you weren't such a bragger, with nothing to brag about, maby you wouldn't get such a hard time here. You are making progress, but we measure our progress in MM. Just train, stop posting your pic every freeking day and post in about 6 months, that's how long it will take you to make any real improvements that aren't laughed at. No flam just some criticism for someone who asks for it by someone qualified to give you an opinion.

Turns out I was always big.. I started bashing my lats hard with deadlifts and am sure that had something to do with it. In the begining of the month I was only deadlifting 315 now its 405 for reps. I could probably do 4 1/2 plates a side now.
