But I am prepared.  How many times do i have to post this, its about the 20th time so far but here goes again.

When i get ripped on here, it brings a smile to my face and laughter from deep within me.   Thats why i'm here, to pass time, laugh and be laughed at.  I know its ridiculous for a 48 year old guy to be on a board like this, posting the nonsense I do.

I post pics of myself here because well, i think everyone should post pics of themselfs here.  If its going to be a board about fitness, i'd like to know at least that everyone here does at least make an effort to lift weights, diet right, live the clean life.

Only thing that irks me about these boards and those that rip on you, I always know that the ones ripping on you are people that don't even lift weights, couldn't tell you what the inside of a gym even looks like.   Never said i was mr. olympia, just that i'm hanging in there for 48 years old.

Want me to be honest?  well gee willikers its not as fun but here goes, my legs suck ass, always have, always will and I hate that about my body.  My arms don't respond well, well when i was younger i had big ass triceps but my biceps always were a bugger to try to add size to.    My chest responds semi good, my best feature was always my back, back responds better than anything.

And my best feature is I do know how to diet right for a contest.   One judge gave me be best atta boy i've ever had, told me 'terry you are never the biggest but you win your division for one reason and one reason only, you always show up in shape, so many here could learn from you that conditioning means a lot more than who has the biggest slab of muscle on them.

So for the haters, jezus, quit taking me so serious.  I'm a goofball character but  Ido offer advice time to time in the training section ad answer IM's when peeps are seeking help.  But then again, with so many buff folks here along with a smattering of Pro's, why would anybody seek my advice, I known I wouldn't.

Yes I do look not as good now as I did 4 years ago.  The last 4 years I had to divorce a girl that turned out to be a cocaine addict and alcoholic.   She ran off and left me with her 12 year old daughter, 14,16,18 year old sons.  The boys have moved in with their grandmother but the 12 year old girl wanted to stay with me, told her grandparents i'm like her dad now, the only man that ever really cared about her so she lives with me now so really not as much time to devote to my body as I once had.  I train about 3 or 4 days a week now, not heavy, just more repping.  I let my diet go for a couple years because the 12 year old enjoys junk food so much i fell into the habit with her of eating junk.  But i've cleaned the diet up the last year and am looking decent again.

My mother and father were both killed last year by a drunk driver and I battled depression a bit losing both of them at same time.   But i've decided its time to begin to live life again and enjoy life.  After all, i'm Mr. dad now and loving it, Susan is my entire life, doing whats right for her instead of devoting every minute of every day on whether i was the buffest guy in town.  The other good part is Tonya and Susan get along famously.   Where her mother is, I still don't know, probably dead from a cocaine binge in mexico or something.

So there skippy, you happy?   I laid it all on the line for you so you know where i'm coming from now.  i laugh while posting on boards like this.  What you may call attention whoring is nothing more that simply showing that I post on this board and at least have some credentials behind any advice I give.  I do lift weights.  I own a gym.  The ones blasting folks , hell i sincerely doubt they even weight train.

I invite you to post a picture and I won't even call you an attention whore, I would at least like to see that you actually just lift weights or if you just joined this site to blast those that do because you don't have the balls or drive inside yourself to get in a gym, lift weights, eat right, live the lifestyle.  My guess is you just blast those that are strong enough inside to care about themselfs.

I agree about the arms.   But i had been back training arms for only a few months since ripping the tendon off at insertion point on my elbow.  All that said, my arms have always lacked.  Ive tried heavy weight with them, light weight, low volume, high volume, nothing has worked.  Even when I was 270, my arms were only 19 inches.  Of course they are much smaller in that pic.  So see, I agree, my arms have always sucked.  I'll take advice anyone has, although at age 48, its not like they have much chance to grow much anymore anyway.  thanks for the critique.

Old roost, to judge your back bi I would say the lumbar really dominates and you have to bring up your lats to balance it out.  You need more triceps (long head especially for more volume to the back arm.  The rear delts need to come up to match the front and side delts in that shot.  This is being critical, as if you were on a stage.  looks very good for any age, however.  Also, keep in mind that TJ Hewit is 53-54 and just had his best placing at nationals and has gotten better each of the last 15 years and alot better since 97 so you have a ways to go before you think you can't make any gains...just work smarter.

Ok, a few points. Thanks for all the information in your last two posts but it was far more than was needed. I'm sorry for the tragedies in your life but I didn't really need to know about them. Also, I never bashed your build, in fact I commended you for it. All I did was point out your attention whoring.

If you don't believe I lift then I really couldn't care less. This board brings no meaning to my life other than entertainment. In fact asking me to post a picture when I never bashed your build is borderline homosexual. Are you gay? Do you enjoy looking at men?
