He looks way off from his best. I have his Real Deal DVD and in it he seems to hit his quads pretty hard, one thing I gotta give him is that he does use very good form on just about all of his movements.

I'll tell you exactly why not...because you're also succeptable to injury when you're depleated down.

Another reason is that generally 3 days out, you're looking to conserve what little carbs you have coming in...

What's to be gained by training heavy at that point? What are you going to do, get bigger??

I take it you've never competed...?

Geez 2005 was his worst Mr. O showing ever, that's why he doesn't look so good, he knew he wasn't gonna be anywhere near top condition.

Thanks for stating the obivous to these retards, they shock and amaze me at times with their extreme lack of BBing knowledge ;D

seriously, he was no where near contest shape.

he had so much fluid protecting those joints he could have used off season poundages. hell he looked off season minus the mass.

wtf happened to his legs? he's posing away and there's nothing wedged between his ass and the ground. i've seen paraplegics with better seperation.

great bodybuilder though. chris was the man. ;D
