Who is the weakest IFBB pro?????????????????

i would have to go with Milos Sarcev, he uses his "super slow" training as an excuse not to go heavy.

theres weaker,

kamali is weak imo, as is kris dim - in a clip of his vid he literally does 1 inch spotted reps on everything,

strognest id say ronnie/chris cormier sued to lift heavy, and branch warren.

yeah Kamali is pretty weak although he claims to bench 585, hahahahahaha, Sarcev's arms are so small that he must be weak.

i think milos has lefted decent weight at times, in one of the bfto tapes, 98 i think, he is genuinely very deplted and still gets a few out of 315 on incline,

watch tamali in the bfto do 4 a side on a smith, 1inch very heavily spotted resp, now thats weak - krid dim is very similar, id actually have milos as a stronger pro.

chris was great in pressing strenght, but never had numbers in other movements like rows, squats, deads, curls, etc. that branch, kevin, jj, ronnie had.

There was a post around here a couple years back from someone who trained in Dillet's gym shortly before he retired - said Dillet rarely benched more than 225, did almost all hammer strength otherwise. Could have been becuase of injuries but I've always read he's on the weaker end..

Dillet was not weak - just unmotivated.

The weakest pro in my opinion is orville burke...truly stuggled with 80lb DB shoulder press in bfto 2000
