"The Chemist" in the house can't wait. I heard a clip of him at one of the 2000ish Olympias giving his opinion on the size the competitors are attaining at the expense of symmetry. He should be very candid. Adela should be a cool guest too. Best fitness competitor of all time IMO.

Cool guest, especially Adela, who is one my my favorite competitors...

Lots of good stories on Adela... she is a great dancer, and she is in California this weekend, should be at the Orange County Muscle Classic in Anaheim on Saturday.

I don't want to give the impression that I'm not equally excited about Adela Garcia. In a different way. You understand.

The first time I saw her do that Batgirl number, I pitched some serious wood.
