If you take the really good sups, the stuff that Ross Erstling sells from his muscle emporium, then this is obtainable naturally with hard work and good to moderate genetics. It's also an everyday physique that you can take with you anywhere and every single day of the year!

I didnt read all these pages but the pic is of Marius pudgenowski.  Way big.     I agree that would be a better look versus the onstage 4%fat look.     Most of us guys have forearms and hair on them......in real life.

He is on a truck load of drugs - I dont care what you weigh and at what height , its the look of the muscle you carry..you look awesome but highly doubt you are natty.
