That is actual collar bone. That is the shoulder that had the bad dislocation and had to be reset then had two surgeries. Anyway I keep telling you guys shoulder sits differently.  I have a lot of bone degradation in that shoulder socket as well.

Interesting. -Not disagreeing with you because it is your body so you should know better than anyone what that is. I've seen a few noticeable dislocated collar bones, they didn't look like yours. They were actually more prominent. Yours is more the size of a sebaceous cyst separate from the collarbone or maybe a bone spur. One can usually see more of the collar bone.

Plus he skipped Calves cuz he believes his average looking calves are huge.

I have free weights at hoem and at my home gym. Using machines during the week while training at my new job isn’t going to hurt me. I will be doing squats this weekend at my home gym. They do not even have a squat rack at planet fitness and I left my sleeves at home. I have been doing hamstring curls and leg extension  on a seperate day from squats for a while now anyway.

Damn, wish I'd thought of this before I deleted it. Unfortunately, a few hundred bucks is an overreach. There was only one video. Had you seen it, you would understand why it wasn't worth much. At best, it would have fetched .50 cents. The two photos had no value at all.

First you refuse to confirm the 6.45 inches and then you refuse to confirm the Peter North ropes. Now you are saying the Mattsturbation video is only worth 50 cents?!

Lying Neck Plate Raises - 2 X failure

Good one.....weights felt light......I came a long way from my first chest workout of 5 shaky pushups when I started back with my gut hitting the floor before my pecs did !!  LOL  ;D

30 min back attack  w bro shit for back -

3 sets wide grip pull downs
3 sets rope rows
3 sets low cable row
3 sets DB rows

all superset with calf raises and cable crunches. 

30 min - 30 sets

30 sec assault bike
30 sec - 5 pull ups 5 hanging leg raises 

35 min - no rest

30 sec walk on air runner at 13 min pace

20x prone row w 30lb DB

4x tire flip w 300lb tire

Rope hand over hand row of the tank loaded with 45's - push back across the gym. 


Less than 3 weeks out.  Feeling on track.
