Big Mike! I’ve had two run-ins with Jay as a young high school/early college schmoe. One at the Nutrition Depot in Pompano that changed to a Vitamin Shoppe and the other at Southern States in the mid 2000s where he guest posed and then went out into the crowd and posed on top of my buddy’s chair right next to me. Let’s just say it was schmoerific (nh). I can’t remember if this was the same show Kamali was at and Dex called him “fat boy” when we brought King up to him

Awesome man!  … (Jay used to train At the same gym as ME / Nautilus Plus Billerica Massachusetts….he looked incredible Demayo also occasionally trained there ….when these guys were in a tank top I put my shirt back on lol! Great Motivation tho!!)
