upper 60's...i think it is probably lower at home...i have anxiety and my heart rate ramps up in any situation, especially resting heart rate/blood pressure tests

i always have high bp when checked at work 130's/20's....i get high bp because i am getting checked

fuck anxiety, guess i probably always have high heart rate and bp when not in the comfort of home
