Bale was small but very lean and muscular in American Psycho and that was 8 years ago so he is probably clean and just  puts on muscle easily. Sheen and Norton were not that impressive so they were  probably clean too.
Everybody else is on the sauce ;D

hahaha, they could all be natural except for Dre and Carrot Top
